Ayça ARANCI is practicing law for 20 years and is a leading corporate and commercial lawyer who has particular expertise in energy, corporate and commercial law. She also provides transactional advice to her clients in various sectors with a particular focus on energy (renewable power plants, unlicensed powerplants, EPC contracts), IT & IP (internet law, technocity zones, TTOs, intellectual and industrial property rights, license and know-how transfer agreements), media (advertising, media planning, consumer rights), contracts. She is based in Ankara, and therefore is highly experienced in dealing with various governmental agencies and regulatory bodies. She is representing and providing consultancy service to energy, media, internet, construction, IT companies and also managing companies of technocity zones. She is also lecturing as mentor in entrepreneurship foundations, in technocity zones, TÜBİTAK, TUSİAD and start up mentor programs. She is one of the founder partners of CDCA and previously, between 2000-2005, she has worked as a lawyer in contracts department of Aselsan, a leading company in Turkish defense sector.
